ICN, International Competition Network
est une initiative de Z.one Architecture, associé à quelques serveurs de part et d'autre de l'atlantique pour établir un réseau redondant de correspondants locaux, centrés sur les services d'informations en Architecture. Depuis son lancement en Mars 1998 avec une dizaine de partenaires, le groupe n'a cessé de s'étendre pour compter actuellement une vingtaine de représentants répartis sur l'ensemble de la planète.

L'objectif de ICN est la distribution de l'information sur les concours internationaux dans le domaine de l'architecture, du design et des arts.

Le réseaux a aussi comme objectif la promotion de la procédure de concours et s'applique, par l'organisation d'événements à l'ouverture de celle-ci aux nouveaux outils de communication.

Chacun des sites qui compose ICN fait la promotion de l'architecture contemporaine de sa région.

International Competition Network (ICN) is a non-profit organisation of architecture and design related Internet sites that are dedicated to the promotion of architecture and media. ICN is an original idea of Zone Architecture that took form thru the initial participation France, USA, Spain, UK ans Sweden.

The ICN was founded in 1998 and has now grown to include 22 countries. The ICN is constantly seeking Internet sites with vision and resources to add to our information sharing network. ICN is an original idea of Zone Architecture that took form thru the initial participation France, USA, Spain, UK ans Sweden.

A primary function of the ICN to this point has been in the distribution of design competition information on a grand scale. More importantly, the ICN is innovating the design competition process on the Internet through our very own international competitions. Our first competition was completely carried out on the Internet, from program distribution and sponsorship, to the online jury sessions.
