to questions asked by competitors.
Q. Do we have to respect
the inclined roof?
A. No. it is part a maximum volumetric size establishing the
bouderies of the projects. It respects the forms used in the Glasgow
99 exhibition.
Q. How can i submit a project
via internet?
A. By using the simple procedure that the advisor
will transmit you upon request. It will include an id an password
for secure upload.
Q. How do i register?
A. By submitting a project. There are no registration fee or
pre-registration procedure in this competition.
Q. What does a submission have to include?
A. Two (2) horizontal panels, A3 format (or equivalent, 17"
x 11")
explaining the architecture of their proposal, and including:
- Panel 1/ Concept:
· ( a ) A 250-word text describing the architectural
concept, presenting the uses of the proposed garden shed and explaining
the relationship between the shed and its surroundings;
· ( b ) An illustration, in a style chosen by the
designer, to support the presentation of the concept.
- Panel 2 / Physical aspects:

· ( a and b ) 2 main elevations, at a scale of 1:20,
line drawings
· ( c ) 2 main elevations, at a scale of 1:20, and
one plan, at a scale of 1:20, line drawings
· ( d ) an outside view using a technique of the designer's
choice (photomontage, collage, etc.), showing the garden shed in
an environment of the designer's choice (urban, suburban, private
or community garden, etc.).
