Dans la catégorie " Professionnels ", c'est la firme Morency / Gagné / Leroy, originaire de Québec, qui a remporté la palme. Cette équipe recevra la somme de 40 000 $. En deuxième place, la firme Gilner + Kubec de RAr2 Laboratory of Architecture en Pologne s'est distinguée et elle recevra la somme de 20 000 $. L'équipe étudiante Martin/Chodoriwsky, supervisée par Mme Marie-Paule Macdonald de l'Université de Waterloo au Canada, s'est vu accorder le prix dans cette catégorie. Paysages ephemeres CONCOURS POUR LA EALISATION D'UN PAYSAGE URBAIN TEMPORAIRE VOTE PUBLIC EN COURS L’événement-concours PAYSAGES ÉPHÉMÈRES consiste en la création, chaque été, d’un parcours d’interventions paysagères éphémères sur le Plateau Mont-Royal, à partir de l’axe principale qu’est l’avenue du Mont-Royal. L’enjeu réside dans la réalisation d’une intervention paysagère éphémère en milieu urbain. De plus en plus d’artistes, de créateurs et de professionnels intervenant sur l’architecture, le design et le paysage réfléchissent sur le sens de l’urbanité et les diverses interventions qui affectent son image. Parmi les propositions affichées, deux seront choisies par un jury et un troisième par le public. Les trois propositions gagnantes seront réalisées durant l'été 2005, sur l'avenue du Mont-Royal. All contemporary design having an impact on built space is of interest to Z.one Architecture. It may range from architecture, lightscape, landscape, signage ( infoscape ) or lightscape and include object scale projects onto urban planning. All contribution thru images or text are welcomed. Since 1996, Z.one has hosted project ro serve as an archive portal on the web as well as opening up to the world thru fequently updated news, competitions listings and design link directory. The Z.one Architecture initiative is lead by Jean Beaudoin, a Montreal based designer heading the INTEGRAL Jean Beaudoin.
